Child Development Screening 2023-2024
Per the Child Find initiative of the Wisconsin Department of Instruction, the Hortonville Area School District is required to locate, identify, and evaluate all children, with disabilities, including children with disabilities attending private schools in the school district, and children without fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence. The process of locating, identifying, and evaluating children with disabilities is known as Child Find. The Hortonville Area School District begins our screenings via a developmental screening questionnaire. If you have concerns/questions about your child's development, we want you to know we are here to help. If you are interested in finding out more about the screening process, please contact Anne at 920-757-7153.
